If an item arrives DOA (Dead Upon Arrival) please take clear digital photos of the items in original packaging and email to nam@clownfishworld.com within 3hrs of arrival. DOA claims are subject to Clown Fish World's discretion and will be refunded as store credit or as a replacement item.
