1. Orders
[1.1] All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We are only accepting orders within Australia. Discus World reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason whatsoever.
[1.2] Please ensure that all information entered on our website is correct and accurate. Once you place an order, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
[1.3] Once you place your order, your immediate payment will be required and you will receive an order confirmation. In the event that an item you have requested is not available, we will notify you and refund you for the amount.
2. Pricing
[2.1] All prices quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
3. Payment
[3.1] Payment can be made using Paypal (which accepts most major credit cards) or direct deposit. The total cost of the amount debited to your credit card will be the price of the goods at the time the order is placed plus any applicable shipping fee and/or packing fee.

5. Exchange / Return Policy
[5.1] Please choose carefully as there is no refund or exchange for livestock.
6. Shipping and Delivery
[6.1] Currently, we only deliver to major airports within Australia. To find out if we delivery to an airport near you, please send us an enquiry on our contact us page.
[6.2] There must be someone present to receive the package and inspect the items at the time of delivery in order for the Limited Live Guarantee to apply.
[6.3] If you would like the package to be delivered to a residential address, you must arrange your own transfer from the destination aiport. Discus World is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during any additional transportation or package transfers that is arranged by anyone other than Discus World.

[6.5] Discus World charges a $60.00 flat shipping fee to all major airports within Australia which includes packaging and handling fees. Additional shipping charges may be applicable if shipping is required outside of an airport located in any major capital city. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing an order.
[6.6] We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs of receipt provided we have received authorisation of payment. In the event we cannot fulfill this time frame we will contact you to advise of a suitable shipping time.
